Clinic Director
Brian is a dedicated physical therapist who earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Utah in 2006. His extensive experience includes advanced training in dry needling, manual therapy, and high-velocity techniques. Brian’s knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics helps patients achieve optimal recovery from a wide range of conditions. He lives in Stansbury Park with his wife Jaime and their three children.

John Elmer,
PT, DPT, Cert.DN

Physical Therapist
John brings exceptional experience to our team, having completed his physical therapy training at Loma Linda University and earned his Doctorate from Slippery Rock University. As a skilled physical therapist, John provides expert treatment for injury, chronic conditions, and post-surgery rehabilitation. He’s been married to his wife LeeAnn for over 25 years and enjoys hiking in Southern Utah.

Rachel Alldredge,

Physical Therapy Assistant
Rachel earned her Associate of Science degree from Salt Lake Community College in 2012 and specializes in orthopedics, geriatrics, and home health. Her experience includes working with patients in nursing homes and community settings. Rachel focuses on balance training, falls prevention, and helping people regain strength and independence. She’s a fitness enthusiast who teaches classes and practices yoga.
